Fred Jakolat is the Institute’s expert in communication skills, conflict resolution processes, collaborative team building and program management. Fred brings more than 30 years of management experience in the computer industry. He has worked with Hitachi Data Systems, Unisys, Memorex, Century Data Systems, Fairchild Systems Technology, Information Storage Systems, Scientific Control Systems and Texas Instruments in training, marketing, engineering and management positions. He is an associate of the Wilfred Jarvis Institute and received his training as a Four Quadrant Leadership educator from Wilfred Jarvis. Fred is a certified instructor of Collaborative Team Skills, a communication and conflict resolution program created by Interpersonal Communication Programs, Inc. Fred and his wife, Kathy, are certified instructors of Couple Communication and certified leaders of the Association for Couples in Marriage Enrichment. He is a graduate of Purdue University with both a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering. He also has a Masters degree in Communication from the University of Nevada, Reno. |
