DEVELOPING INTERNAL 4QL TRAINERS/COACHES

Once convinced of the long-lasting benefits of 4QL, you might decide to make it a permanent part of your culture. We will train your internal trainers to deliver the training to all managers and employees. We will also develop your internal coaches to help you ensure the successful application of 4QL.

An extensive amount of train-the-trainers material is available to assist new trainers get up to speed in teaching 4QL. WJI instructors will frequently team-teach initial courses together with internal trainers, until they are able to teach by themselves.

4QL coaching techniques and ethics are taught in a workshop. This is followed by weekly group coaching telephone calls, supplemented by one-on-one practice, as well as a personal resource development program for the coaches.
